At Rouble Vohra, all our products are made-to-order. Once an order is placed, our designer begins crafting the product, ensuring each piece is uniquely tailored for you. As a result, we do not offer refunds or cancellations after an order is placed.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

After placing an order, please allow up to 30 days for the product to be crafted and delivered. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on factors such as location and availability of materials.

Damages and Issues

We take great care to ensure that every item you receive is in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception. In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at shoproublevohra@gmail.com, and we will address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
